Job summary

Michaels Williamsport is seeking team members for friendly customer service and efficient checkout operations. You’ll help customers locate products, assist with store duties, and participate in truck unloading and stocking to keep shelves well-merchandised and in stock.

The role involves nights, weekends, and early mornings with opportunities to cross-train in framing and various store duties. Michaels offers employee discounts and benefits for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Public retail store setting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Handle checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Participate in truck unload and stock replenishment.
• Maintain store cleanliness and in-stock levels.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
