Qualifications

• Reads and writes clearly and can follow and give oral and written instructions.
• Experience in contract dining food service such as hospital, school or corporate dining.
• Maintains food quality and customer service in a cash handling retail operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations and employee management in retail sales across all outlets.
• Develops and oversees café daily menu production.
• Trains and schedules café staff and maintains service standards.
• Adheres to cash handling procedures and payroll records.
