Metz Culinary Management in the United States is seeking a Rock Star Food Service Supervisor to lead operations in a busy dining setting. You will oversee cafe management, guest services, and kitchen operations, providing polished, professional service and a winning attitude.

Ideal candidates bring experience in institutional dining, SERV Safe certified and a track record of staff scheduling, training, and maintaining safe, sanitary environments while delivering strong budget and report

• Record Keeping and Budget Management.
