Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Market & Food Service Manager for Provisions & Spirits at South Seas Resort in Florida. You will lead retail and deli operations, drive sales, and manage inventory and food offerings to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong retail leadership, food retail experience, and the ability to oversee multiple locations while maintaining high standards of service and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive retail management experience.
• Experience with food retail, grocery, convenience stores, or resort retail preferred.
• Experience supervising and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Retail Supervisor and Retail Associates across multiple locations.
• Oversee daily operations of Provisions & Spirits, ensuring stocked, clean, and visually appealing stores.
• Manage inventory levels, purchasing, and vendor relationships to maximize sales and minimize wastage.
• Ensure food safety compliance and adherence to health regulations for deli and grab-and-go offerings.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns promptly.
