Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Director of Outlets for South Seas Resort on Captiva Island, FL. This leadership role oversees all restaurant, bar, lounge, pool, grab‑and‑go venues, and future outlet operations, reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage.

You will coach restaurant managers, ensure exceptional service, manage budgets, and partner with Culinary leadership to deliver memorable dining experiences while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience in luxury resort or full-service hotel.
• 3–5 years leading multiple restaurant outlets and management teams.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, labor and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and daily operational leadership for all resort restaurants, bars, lounges, pool outlets and seasonal outlets.
• Lead by example with hands‑on coaching and guest engagement during peak service periods.
• Drive revenue growth, manage labor costs, and analyze financial statements to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu development and cross‑functional partnerships.
• Open, renovate, and transition outlets while maintaining brand standards and sanitation compliance.
