South Seas Resort, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks an experienced Market & Food Service Manager to lead Provisions & Spirits operations on Captiva Island, FL.

You will manage retail and deli operations, inventory, purchasing, and food safety while coaching a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role requires strong merchandising, vendor relations, and financial oversight in a hospitality-driven environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive retail management experience.
• Experience managing multiple retail locations preferred.
• Experience with food retail, grocery, convenience stores, or resort retail required.
• Experience ordering food products and managing food inventory preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and purchasing processes.
• Experience supervising and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong merchandising and retail sales strategies.
• Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop Retail Supervisors and Associates across multiple locations.
• Oversee daily Provisions & Spirits operations, ensure stock and presentation standards.
• Manage inventory levels and purchasing for retail outlets and deli offerings.
• Oversee food purchasing for deli and grab-and-go items; manage FIFO and food safety.
• Monitor financial performance, labor costs, and inventory costs; adjust strategies.
• Develop attractive displays and maintain brand standards across locations.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly.
