Feeding South Florida is seeking a Retail Store Donation Coordinator to support the Food Supply Chain by sourcing food from Retail/Wholesale and Manufacturing channels. You will forecast, track donations, manage accounts, assign stores to agencies, and respond to donor inquiries to support the Food Retail Manager in executing the sourcing plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communications skills, including verbal and written.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines.
• 2 years experience with retail/wholesale vendors.
• Ability to use ERP software or willingness to learn.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain retail food donor and vendor accounts.
• Support retail industry through strong communications with store management, manufacturers, vendors, and FDACS program directors.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports on pounds and product received by channel and category.
• Forecast and source food for the sourcing plan and assist in development.
• Coordinate inbound logistics with Operations or donors/vendors for transportation and receiving.
• Prepare related donation and purchase orders and documentation in systems.
• Coordinate relationships with existing donors to increase pounds per donation.
• Ensure timely donor receipts and respond to inquiries.
