Job summary

Feeding South Florida is seeking a Retail Store Donation Coordinator to support the Food Supply Chain in sourcing food from retail, wholesale, and manufacturing channels. You will forecast donations, track data, manage accounts, assign stores to agencies, and respond to donor inquiries.

Reporting to the Food Retail Manager, you will help strengthen partnerships with retailers and agencies, coordinate logistics, prepare orders and documentation, and help expand pounds donated through multiple

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, associate degree preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communications skills, including verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain retail donor and vendor accounts.
• Communicate with retail partner store management, manufacturers, and vendors.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports on pounds and products received.
• Forecast and source food for sorting and program initiatives.
• Coordinate inbound logistics for donations and purchases.
• Prepare related donation and purchase orders and documentation.
• Follow up from PO to receipt with donors.
• Research prospective food donors and solicit donations.
