Red White & Blue Thrift Store in Tampa is seeking a Thrift Store Associate. This entry‑level role offers both part‑time and full‑time shifts with pay between $14.00 and $15.00 per hour.

You will work in two departments: Sales Floor and Backroom & Processing, helping keep the area fast, fresh, and inviting. You’ll ring up customers, help shoppers find items, maintain displays, price incoming goods, and prepare merchandise for the floor.

Responsibilities

• Ring up customers, answer questions at checkout, and make transactions smooth
• Help customers discover items and create a welcoming floor experience
• Keep your section organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing
• Merchandise donated goods so the floor stays fresh and shoppable
• Sort, inspect, and price incoming merchandise quickly and accurately
• Prepare goods for the floor by organizing and tagging
• Keep the backroom running efficiently so the sales floor never runs dry
