The role requires 1+ years of retail leadership, a high school diploma, and strong communication. You will collaborate with store leadership to optimize operations, merchandising, and loss prevention, contributing to a positive, inclusive team

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence across levels.

Responsabilités

• Provide high level personalized customer engagement and drive sales goals.
• Lead by example; coach and develop associates to achieve productivity targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Train and onboard new team members; provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock replenishment per brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving and loss prevention practices.
