Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team and drive exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will coach and develop associates, ensure merchandising standards, and help maximize store profitability while fostering an inclusive team culture. This part-time role offers incentive potential and exposure to VF Corporation’s dynamic retail ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs and individual goals.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
