Responsibilities

• Coaches, trains, and develops the store team.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintains clean store and fresh product daily with strong customer service.
• Oversees receiving, pricing, and display of merchandise.
• Opens/closes the store; balances cash; handles deposits.
• Performs cash register duties and daily floor checks.
• Conducts daily walkthroughs and team huddles.
• Manages revenue and expense budgets; aims to meet goals.
• Assists in scheduling and staff coverage.
