Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana is seeking a Sales Floor Manager to lead store staff, optimize merchandise flow, and deliver strong customer service. You will coach a team, supervise daily operations, and ensure accurate cash handling while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

The role requires a GED/HS diploma with supervisory experience, a flexible schedule including some nights and weekends, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required with 1 year of supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, team-building and mentoring skills.
• Proven ability to meet budgeted goals and drive sales.
• Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Leads, supervises, and motivates store employees to ensure merchandise flow daily.
• Coaches and trains the store team to support staffing and performance.
• Maintains store safety and a positive public image through a clean environment and strong customer service.
• Manages receiving, pricing, and display of merchandise; opens and closes store and handles cash.
