Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising and operations at our Ames store. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates, develop sales, and provide strong guest service.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, advising on merchandise, executing POS procedures and leading by example in a fast-paced retail environment. A strong customer focus and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Retail experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with merchandise and fitting room needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and exchange policies.
