Job summary

Buckle in Roseville, MN is seeking a Store Leader in Training/ Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising and store operations. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit teammates, develop talent, and improve guest experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, and hands-on involvement in daily store tasks, including merchandising and register procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions and help Guests locate merchandise effectively.
• Lead by example in sales, display, and store presentation standards.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
