Job summary

RWB Thrift is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support the Retail Manager and oversee daily sales floor operations. You will coach a retail team, ensure excellent customer service, and help achieve sales targets while maintaining store standards.

In this role you will gain exposure to store operations, collaborate on sales strategies, and contribute to a positive, productive thrift-store environment with guidance from the Retail Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, Teams and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the sales floor under the Retail Manager’s guidance.
• Team Development: Supervise and mentor retail team members, providing ongoing coaching.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and pricing on the sales floor.
• Cashier Operations: Supervise cashier transactions and cash handling procedures.
• Learning and Growth: Review key reports and contribute to performance metrics with guidance.
