Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing and flow of goods to the sales floor
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store environment
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles and assign tasks to maintain store plan
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise; rotate back stock for replenishment
• Collaborate with management to monitor productivity and shrink reduction goals
