Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store-level team member for HomeGoods in Canton, OH. You will support receiving and merchandising standards, ensure a positive customer experience, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include merchandise flow, tagging, training Associates, and upholding safety and labor policies. The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on established merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area
