Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store team member at our HomeGoods location in North Olmsted, OH. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, assist customers, and help ensure a clean, organized sales floor while promoting a positive experience.

Responsibilities include training associates, coordinating truck deliveries, tagging and stocking merchandise, and collaborating with leadership to meet store goals. Prior retail and leadership exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to change.
• Able to train others and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise on the floor.
• Train Associates on merchandising principles and processes.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, and proper coding of merchandise.
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods.
• Support store safety, cleanliness, and loss-prevention goals.
