Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing by Associates.
• Engages with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Organizes back stock and ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Partners with management on Associate training needs and adherence to labor laws.
