Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products, ensuring great experience.
• Retail Leadership: Supervise daily operations, including store opening/closing and security protocols.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks and operations.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock products, maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory with store management.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
