Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a motivated Key Holder (Floor Leader) in a store environment to supervise daily operations and mentor the team. This entry-level management role supports sales goals, ensures premium customer service, and helps maintain Skechers’ premier shopping environment.

Starting rate is $19.12 per hour with a range up to $20.29; flexible schedules and on-the-job training are offered within Skechers’ global brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: guide customers to find the right products and ensure a great experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily store operations, opening/closing procedures and security.
• Team Leadership: mentor associates in customer service, sales and daily tasks.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: manage merchandising, restock, and keep the store clean.
