Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products, ensuring every shopper leaves with the perfect fit and great experience.
• Supervise daily operations, including store opening and closing procedures, ensuring security protocols and high operational standards.
• Mentor and support team members to grow skills in entry-level retail and daily operations.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
