Skechers is seeking a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to help run store operations and mentor the team. You will support sales goals, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a premium shopping environment.

Starting hourly rate ranges from $16.39 to $17.39 with regular increases and opportunities for advancement within this global brand. Flexible schedules and on-the-job training are offered to develop leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising plans, restock products and maintain cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines in collaboration with store management.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
