Job summary

Skechers, a global footwear brand, is seeking a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to join our retail team. You will oversee daily store operations, mentor teammates, and help deliver exceptional customer service while supporting sales goals.

Starting pay is $19.12 per hour with a range of $19.12–$20.29. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; 18+ is required. Prior Key Holder/Shift Leader experience is welcome, with growth opportunities within Skechers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Previous Key Holder/Shift Leader/Retail Supervisor experience preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily operations, including store opening and closing procedures.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory routines with store management.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
