Job summary

Skechers is hiring a Key Holder to support store leadership in Noblesville, IN. In this entry-level management role, you will oversee daily operations, mentor teammates, and help meet sales goals while maintaining a premium shopping environment.

You will engage customers with expert product advice, supervise opening/closing procedures, and help drive excellent service, inventory accuracy, and store presentation. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: provide expert advice and ensure customers leave with a great fit and experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: supervise daily operations including opening/closing and compliance with security protocols.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock/inventory routines and coordinate with management.
• Problem Solving: identify and resolve in-store issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.
