Job summary

Skechers is seeking a Key Holder to support store operations, supervise daily activities, and mentor the team to deliver exceptional customer service and strong sales performance. This entry-level management role offers opportunities to grow into Retail Management within a global brand.

You will engage customers, manage shifts, and help maintain a premium shopping environment while supporting store goals and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sales and Goals: Help meet store and individual targets with effective selling.
