Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader in Overland Park, KS. This role partners with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, develop teammates, and ensure outstanding guest experiences across the store.

Responsibilities include coaching teammates, merchandising, and executing store operations while maintaining Buckle’s standards. High school diploma or GED and some retail exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lead by example and coach teammates.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Lead by example with showmanship and exceptional guest experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual standards, and perform POS procedures.
