Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader in Leawood to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering the Buckle mission: the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, including cashiering, displays, and routine cleaning, while developing a high-performing team.

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work mornings/evenings/weekends as needed.

• Lead by example in customer service and sales presentations.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Teammates.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and loss prevention practices.
• Provide legendary service across Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.
• Maintain Buckle standards and participate in team leadership responsibilities.
