Buckle is opening a new store in Overland Park, KS and seeks a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to help deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit teammates and provide leadership.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, demonstrating product knowledge, achieving sales goals, maintaining visuals, coaching teammates, and supporting loss prevention.
