Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to support store operations and mentor the team. You will oversee daily tasks, help achieve sales goals, and maintain Skechers’ premium shopping environment across our retail locations.

This entry-level management role offers exposure to customer service management, store operations, and opportunities for career advancement within our global brand. Flexible schedules and on-the-job training are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure great customer experience.
• Retail Leadership: Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing procedures and store security.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory routines and collaborate with management.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure smooth shopping experiences.
