Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a motivated Key Holder to support daily store operations and mentor team members in a premium Skechers retail environment.

You will oversee opening/closing procedures, assist in achieving sales goals, and ensure exceptional customer service with a focus on fitting customers and maintaining a pristine shopping space. This is an entry-level leadership path with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is a plus.
• Strong communication and sales skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Retail Leadership: Supervise daily operations, store opening/closing, and maintain security and standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Help achieve store and individual targets through effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and keep the store clean.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory in collaboration with management.
• Problem Solving: Proactively resolve in-store issues for smooth operations.
