Job summary

Skechers is seeking a proactive Key Holder to help lead store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will supervise daily activities, mentor associates, and drive customer-focused service while supporting sales goals.

This entry-level leadership role offers room to grow within Skechers’ global brand. As a Key Holder, you will assist with opening/closing, maintain standards, and ensure a positive shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: advise customers to ensure great experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations with opening/closing and security.
• Team Leadership: mentor team in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: help achieve store and individual sales targets.
• Store Operations: merchandising, restocking, and store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: manage stock and inventory with store management.
• Problem Solving: identify and resolve in-store challenges.
