Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal interactions.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: advise customers and ensure great experiences.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily store operations, opening/closing, security and standards.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support team in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual sales targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: merchandise planning, restocking and maintaining cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: manage stock and inventory with store leadership.
• Problem Solving: resolve in-store challenges for a smooth shopping experience.
