Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as Key Holder/Shift Leader/Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: guide customers and ensure best fit and great experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: supervise opening/closing, security, and daily operations.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support team in customer service, sales and operations.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual targets via effective selling.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising, restock, and keep store clean.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock and collaborate with management on needs.
• Problem Solving: address in-store challenges for smooth shopping.
