Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a part-time Key Holder (Floor Leader) in Flower Mound, TX. You will support store operations, mentor team members, and help reach sales goals while maintaining Skechers’ premium shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail/hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure great shopping experiences.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and store security.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Help achieve store and individual targets through effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising, restock products, and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock/inventory and coordinate with management.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure smooth operations.
