Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: advise customers on Skechers products to ensure a great shopping experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily store operations, opening and closing procedures, and security.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock/inventory routines and coordinate with management.
• Problem Solving: resolve in-store challenges to ensure smooth customer service.
