Skechers is seeking a Part-time Retail Key Holder for our Houston, TX store. You will play a hands-on leadership role, supervising daily operations, guiding a team, and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting sales goals.

The ideal candidate has prior Key Holder or supervisory retail experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to creating a positive, organized shopping environment. 18+ year olds encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to deliver expert advice and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, and security standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store and individual targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Restock products, maintain cleanliness, and support merchandising plans.
