Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry is optional but helpful.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products, ensuring a great fit and experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily operations, including store opening/closing and security protocols.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members to grow skills in entry-level retail.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Merchandise, restock, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock/inventory with store management.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
