Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to deliver expert advice and ensure a great experience.
• Retail Leadership: Oversee daily operations, opening/closing procedures, and store standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail duties.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to achieving store and individual targets.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising, restock products, and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Monitor stock and collaborate with management on needs.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges for a smooth experience.
