Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Deliver expert advice on Skechers products to ensure great shopper experience.
• Retail Leadership: Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and security standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Help achieve store targets through effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Restock products, maintain merchandising, and keep the store clean.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Manage stock and collaborate with management on operational needs.
• Problem Solving: Resolve in-store issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
