Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as Key Holder/Shift Leader/Retail Supervisor is a plus but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal).
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: provide expert advice and ensure customers have a great experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, and uphold security standards.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising, restock products, and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: manage stock and inventory with store management to meet needs.
• Problem Solving: resolve in-store challenges to keep shopping smooth.
