Job summary

Skechers is hiring a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to help manage daily store operations, mentor staff, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment. The role offers room to grow within the Skechers global brand and leads a team focused on delivering exceptional service.

The starting rate is $17.48/hour with regular increases and benefits such as employee discounts and opportunities for advancement in a global brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: deliver expert advice and ensure great experience for every shopper.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations and store opening/closing procedures.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual sales targets.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising, restock products, and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock and inventory with store management.
• Problem Solving: identify and resolve in-store challenges.
