Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder/Shift Leader/Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: engage with customers to deliver expert advice and ensure a great experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations and opening/closing procedures as needed.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual sales targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: merchandise, restock, and maintain cleanliness for an excellent shopping environment.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: manage stock and coordinate with management on operational needs.
• Problem Solving: identify and resolve in-store challenges for a smooth customer experience.
