Job summary

Foot Locker in Bellevue, WA is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support the Store Manager, drive sales results, coach the team, and keep the store running smoothly.

You will lead with energy, ownership, and a customer-first mindset, engage with shoppers on the floor, and help deliver an outstanding sneaker culture experience. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, a solid understanding of retail KPIs, and a readiness to take on ownership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, confidence, and solutions to customer interactions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping the team close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Take an owner/operator mindset by addressing issues and ensuring store standards.
