Job summary

Foot Locker in Washington State is seeking a Sales Lead to support the Store Manager, drive sales, coach the team, and keep the store running smoothly. This part-time leadership role offers the opportunity to influence sneaker culture on the sales floor with energy and ownership.

You’ll coach teammates, focus on customer experience, and collaborate with management to meet KPI targets while maintaining safety and standards on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holder role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions to customer interactions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Maintain store organization and readiness; ensure safety and SOP compliance.
• Take ownership of store execution and leverage retail tech to enhance operations.
