Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to assist the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and maintaining smooth store operations. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, urgent responsiveness, and a customer-first mindset on the floor.

You will partner with teammates to deliver exceptional service, manage daily tasks, and ensure profitability while upholding Foot Locker's standards of integrity and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor with energy, confidence, and solutions in every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping the team close the loop with customers.
• Move with purpose by keeping the store organized, customer ready, and running smoothly.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers, teammates, and product.
