Job summary

Skechers is seeking a Key Holder (Floor Leader) at our Seekonk store to oversee daily operations, guide a team, and ensure outstanding customer service. This entry-level management role offers hands-on training and opportunities to advance within the global Skechers brand.

You will supervise opening/closing, assist in achieving sales targets, and mentor teammates while maintaining our premium shopping environment and commitment to the Skechers experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred but not required.
• Previous Key Holder/Shift Leader/Retail Supervisor experience preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication in written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
