Qualifications

• Directs customer service and sales activities in store and resolves customer issues.
• Manages merchandise standards, pricing, signing and display.
• Trains and coaches associates on omnichannel processes.

• Meets performance standards across shrink, safety, scheduling and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Directs Customer Service and sales activities in store; resolves customer issues and concerns.
• Maintains merchandise standards and pricing/signing; leads floor moves and visual execution.
• Trains and coaches all associates on omnichannel processes including BOPIS and curbside.
• Oversees specialty businesses and shrink control activities.
• Partners with managers to source and hire hourly staff and develop talent.
• Ensures adherence to performance standards, safety, and attendance.
