Job summary

David’s Bridal in Minnesota is seeking a Part-Time Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver five-star customer service on the sales floor and in alterations. You will coach, mentor, and schedule shifts, manage payroll within budget, drive sales goals, and ensure merchandise is well stocked and accurately reflected on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Accountable for active floor management and feedback to maintain five-star experience.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance selling skills.
• Lead store to achieve monthly income goals through foundational excellence and performance-based leadership.
• Monitor inventory management, special orders, receiving, layaway, repairs, and ensure first quality standards.
• Communicate daily sales goals and drive action with the team.
• Assist in building a strong bench and fill positions within 30 days.
